ClaimReady

Terms of Use

Effective date: 27 October 2026

1. Provider

ClaimReady is provided by KAROL NIEMIEC APPXNEXT, ul. Pogórze 26, 32-031 Gaj, Poland, NIP 9442276005, knappxnext@gmail.com.

2. The service

ClaimReady is a home inventory app: you list your belongings with photos, values and receipts, see totals, receive warranty reminders and export reports.

3. Not insurance or legal advice

ClaimReady is a record-keeping tool. It is not an insurer, does not assess claims and does not give insurance, legal or financial advice. Values, totals and the coverage comparison are based only on what you enter and do not tell you what your policy covers or what an insurer will pay; your policy terms and your insurer decide that. Text recognition can misread labels and receipts, so check every value it fills in. Reminders depend on your device and its settings and can be delayed or missed. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and for keeping your own copies (for example with the backup feature).

4. Subscriptions

Some features require ClaimReady Premium, a paid subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before they end. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app, and do not use it to create false or misleading claims. On iOS, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including rejected or reduced insurance claims, arising from the use of the app, from lost data, missed reminders or inaccurate recognized text. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. These terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
