Terms of Use

1. Provider

Pawchart is provided by KAROL NIEMIEC APPXNEXT, ul. Pogórze 26, 32-031 Gaj, Poland, NIP 9442276005, knappxnext@gmail.com.

2. The service

Pawchart is a health log for your pets: profiles, medications, vaccinations and reminders of due dates.

3. Not veterinary advice

Pawchart is a record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose, recommend treatments or replace a veterinarian. Always follow your vet's instructions about medicines, doses and vaccinations. Reminders depend on your device, its notification and battery settings and can be delayed or missed. You remain responsible for your pet's care and for checking the records you keep.

4. Subscriptions

Some features require Pawchart Premium, a paid subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before they end. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app. On iOS, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including veterinary costs or harm to animals, arising from the use of the app, from missed reminders or from inaccurate or missing data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. These terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
